Grading

In order to receive 5 points
There are pictures of more than just the twenty insects required.
Web page really catches the eye and is a pleasure to be seen.
The facts about the insects are organized and very interesting.
The pictures are clear and the insect is easily identified.
It is obvious that the student put forth a great deal of effort.

In order to receive 4 points
There are pictures of all the required insects.
The web page really catches the eye and is a pleasure to be seen.
The facts about the insects are organized and interesting.
The pictures are clear and the insects are easily identified. It is obvious that the student put a lot of effort into the project.

In order to receive 3 points
All the required pictures have been taken.
The pictures are displayed neatly on the web page.
There are three facts on each insect.
The insects can be identified by the pictures.
The student put forth the effort to complete the project.
The project met all the criteria for an 'A' grade but was turned in late.

In order to recieve a 2
80% or more of the pictures are displayed neatly.
There are three facts about each insect.
The insects are not easily identified by the pictures.
The student put forth little effort.
The project met all the requirements for a 'B' but was turned in late.

In order to not receive a 1
Minimal effort was given.
Project was turned in late.
Less than 80% of the required amount of pictures.
Less than three facts for the insects.
